These terms are for SHŪDEN (終電), a shop run by Dominick Taylor in Tokyo. Buying from the store means you agree to them. Questions: hello@reiwadev.co.uk.
The goods
Everything is printed when you order. Colours, fabric, and paper can shift a little from the photos. That is print, not a defect.
The drawings, names, and 終電 / SHŪDEN marks stay ours. You own the physical thing you buy. You do not get the right to reprint the art or sell it as your own.
Shop names, tickets, and noren on the goods are invented. They are not real restaurants and not a licence from any chain.
Orders
An order is accepted when payment clears. We (or the print partner) may cancel if the address cannot be shipped to, the file fails, or payment does not go through. You get a refund if we cancel.
Delivery
Shipping time starts after the item is printed, not at checkout. Delays at the printer or the carrier are outside our control. Check the address before you pay — a wrong address is not a reprint.
Problems
If a print arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly wrong, email us within 14 days with photos and the order number. We will reprint or refund. We do not take returns because of a change of mind, a size guess, or a colour that is close but not identical to the screen.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, missed events, or anything beyond the price you paid for that order, except where the law says we cannot limit it.
Law
These terms follow the law of Japan. If a court throws out one line, the rest still stands. We may update this page; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
